Remember, as a child whenever we used to fall down and get wounded, we used to scratch the scab repeatedly. Not only that was painful, but also delays the healing of the wound. Our parents used to continuously forbid us from scratching it as they knew that it will only going to give us more and more pain. But all they could do was give advice, right? It was all upto us to leave it and heal or to scratch and feel the pain.     And if you look carefully, this is something most of us do as adults as well. Now, we fall down, get wounded and then instead of treating it with ointment and leaving it to heal, we scratch it repeatedly. The only difference is that now wounds are not physical and the emotional pain is always much more deeper than the physical one.    But, we should trust time as it heals everything. If i go a few years back in my life , It is difficult for me to accept now that i survived all those situations which once i thought would shatter me. Those restless nights, when my body and soul laid numb. Thought of such nights was once a nightmare for me. But when it actually happened it was worse than a nightmare.
